Peter Cowan Writers Centre Inc is a not-for-profit organization supporting a creative writing hub. We offer opportunities for beginner, emerging, and established creative writers in their continuance of craft and skill development. We also welcome writers who write for pleasure in a shared community of writers.

Located on the beautiful grounds of ECU’s Joondalup Campus, PCWC services the northern suburbs, and wider Perth, writing community.  We have continued to grow since our inception in 1995 and our annual program of events brings variety to writing connections. Through groups, workshops, classes and events we support a range of writing opportunities for our members, for WA writers, and, via our writing competitions, all Australian writers.
