How to Rescue a Comatose Story with Daphne Milne

Join Daphne Milne, storyteller and poet, for an afternoon unlocking and reviving the potential of your stories.

 Daphne Milne

Daphne writes short stories, flash fiction and prose poems which vary from the darkly humorous to the vaguely sinister. Her work has been published in magazines and anthologies including Aether and Ichor, Acumen, Sarasvati, and Mslexia. She has won or been commended in various competitions.

We’ve all had them, stories that started full of enthusiasm but have now flatlined.  This workshop will suggest ways of reinvigorating the story, tricks to re-energize what you have, or open up new ways of looking at your story. Exercises are set, writing is done, exciting things can happen and loads of fun is had in the process.

Bring something to write with and on, and your enthusiasm.

Note: This workshop is for adult writers over the age of 18.
