The Creatives meet 1st Saturday of every month from March to November 10 -12noon.

Level: Suitable for all writers.

Group Overview: The Creatives are a group that explores the creative side of writing through creative prompts. Marrying these with a focus on writing techniques participants are inspired to create something out of nothing. Lending your writing colour, shape, and substance these exercises become the kernel of ideas to extend your writing. The writing you are doing will take unusual, interesting paths, as you develop your writing possibilities and challenge your writing biases. Any work you are working on you are welcome to read out at the end of the session but we are not a feedback group. Join us for a pleasurable morning of creativity and shared writing experience by the lake, among the pines, and leave the world behind. All adult writers over the age of 18 are welcome.

Venue: Edith Cowan House, Building 20, ECU Joondalup Campus, 270 Joondalup Drive, Joondalup.

Parking: Free on weekends. You can park in any bay on weekends. Carparks 14 (enter from Lakeside Drive) & 8 are closest to the house. Click here for a directional map.
